Newport Transporter Bridge is Zip Slides UK largest temporary zip wire in the country. The views from the top are extremely impressive. Participants launch themselves from a point 50m high on the bridge, before sliding 350m into Coronation Park.
On Saturday 2th July 2016 you will be able to Zip Wire from the top of the Transporter Bridge and raise much-needed funds for Ieuan the Lion. The cost will be £45 (Which you will need to pay when making your booking) and anything over that would be donated to the charity! We will provide sponsorship forms, you can set up a fundraising page on JustGiving, on the day have a photo taken with “Ieuan the Lion”.

WARNING: Participants will need to be relatively fit and able as they will need to climb the 11 sets of steep steel stairs, which is the only way to access the 50m launch point on the bridge.
